WHAT IS THE STANDARD ORDER PROCESSING TIME?

All domestic orders are processed between 3-4 business days You can expect the order to be delivered within 5-7 business days. For remote locations which are difficult to access, the order may take between 7-10 business days.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the product received is damaged, defective or incorrect but must want un-boxing full videos without any cuts.

We reserve the right to refuse a return beyond 5 days of booking the product.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the product

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned product we will send you the new product.

Under very rare circumstances, the bottle may leak and it may have spilled during transit.

We'll provide reshipping of damaged products only if you have submitted the unboxing video.
